Head of Education

As the Head of Education of Extraordinary Life, you are responsible for a majority of the educational material provided for all members. In this role, you have the opportunity to facilitate a multitude of high-quality training workshops under certain pillars within EL. It is the responsibility of this position, as with all, to ensure EL’s values are upheld. The position requires an individual who is incredibly eager to push the boundaries of EL and motivated to see its potential move forward. The position also needs someone who is willing to push their own boundaries and is eager to learn many new things. You need to be a social person who can work collaboratively within a team, confidently speak on an interesting topic, and engage those within sessions to share the strength of their vulnerabilities with others. It’s very important for the head of education to reinforce the supportive, open-minded and safe atmosphere at all EL meetings and events.

It really has been one of the most eye-opening experiences as it is not one for the faint-hearted. You will certainly push yourself and learn to be capable of doing more than you may have previously believed. You will learn to challenge others, the status quo, and yourself.
